Does it matter? No. I know that. It doesn't bother me, much. But I suppose it has to be done. Something has to be said... even if it is just screaming at the wind.

SHOE REPORT
Asics Gel Cumulus.
They're white with a pretty blue trim.
Feel GREAT! No pain. Very light shoe (and pretty).
Did I mention I ran an 8:00 mile?
It's not my best ever, but it's my best since I was 15.
I ran in the Asics Gel Cumulus switched to the Nimbus and now I'm back at the Cumulus. I've read that the Nimbus is a better shoe for me (<200 lb, neutral foot), but I just seem to run better in the Cumulus. My Nimbus have less than 200 miles on them, while my Cumulus shoes are approaching 400, so I'll be switching to my low mileage shoes to avoid buying more as they babies are expensive!!!
Hm... I have an X AND a Y chromosome. How much less specific can I get?
Not much. I started blogging leading up to my first attempted marathon in 2005 and haven't stopped. Since then the topic of the running blog has strayed around the idea of running and chronicled my journey through training for my second attempted and first completed marathon in 2006. In 2007 I opted to be a dad rather than a marathoner, and now I am typing a profile into blogger. That pretty much catches you up with what you need to be caught up on.

I may be turning into an Asics fan myself....I tried on some Asics Gel GT2110s today, and they were really nice.
Love my Nimbus.

By the way, I just realized that I must be addicted to running (or have a mental disorder) if I'm reading and commenting on a shoe report! haha!
If I've said it once, I've said it a million times... running is perfectly natural. Loving to run is a mental disorder.
