Does it matter? No. I know that. It doesn't bother me, much. But I suppose it has to be done. Something has to be said... even if it is just screaming at the wind.
With school starting, I’m not going to be able to run the marathon. Just not enough hours in the week to plan to train AND be a good dad. I do, however, intend to run and/or ride in order to maintain some sanity. I’m going to have to keep the body and brain in good shape.

Hm... I have an X AND a Y chromosome. How much less specific can I get? Not much. I started blogging leading up to my first attempted marathon in 2005 and haven't stopped. Since then the topic of the running blog has strayed around the idea of running and chronicled my journey through training for my second attempted and first completed marathon in 2006. In 2007 I opted to be a dad rather than a marathoner, and now I am typing a profile into blogger. That pretty much catches you up with what you need to be caught up on.

Well, and you'd have to pay $100 now anyways. If you change your mind, there's one in Kingwood on New Year's Day for $35 if you sign any time before December 1, I think.
Still lots of time to decide and be cheap too!
